Mr Macaroni Donates ₦500k To The Family Of The Girl Killed During The Yoruba Nation Rally

Famous Nigerian comedian Debo Adebayo who is prevalently known as Mr Macaroni has set out on a helpful endeavor.

The comedian has donated a whopping sum of N500,000 to the family of the young girl who died from a stray bullet during the Yoruba Nation rally in Ojota, Lagos state.

The little girl is identified as Jumoke Oyeleke, and this was made known by the comedian in a recent post he made on his verified social handle on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.

Update: ‘My Life Is Ruined’ — Mother Of 14-Year-Old Girl Killed At Lagos Yoruba Nation Rally Weeps Bitterly

The post he made reads;

“I visited the family of the late Jumoke Oyeleke; the 25yrs old that was killed during the Yoruba Nation Rally. They need all the support they can get right now. I have donated N500,000 today and I plead with all those who can to kindly support the family.

Also important to note is that Jumoke (The Deceased) was the bread winner of the house. She was a sales attendant at a beverage store and she used the little she made to sustain her mother and 3 siblings. As it is, the family have nothing.

As of the time of my visit, Neither the government nor police force had taken responsibility. The family despite their state of mourning have been told to bear all responsibilities.. this is heartbreaking. Very very.”
