Get sense: If holy water can heal the sick, the pastor who sold them to you would not have died young — Ugezu. J. Ugezu

Ugezu. J. Ugezu is obviously looking for the trouble of Christians after he aimed subtle shots at the vast buffoonery that shrouds their religion in a new post he made on social media.

In an Instagram post fraught with innuendoes, the Nigerian filmmaker and actor advised his followers to seek medical help and not holy water or anointed handkerchief when they are sick.

Ugezu reminded them that if all these paraphernalia that are sold to them wield power, the cleric who sells them wouldn’t die young.

On the flipside, his post sounds as though he’s slamming the late TB Joshua for his modus operandi which has led a lot of people astray as the general consensus has largely been since he died a week ago.

Here’s what he wrote;

Restructuring can’t stop Fulani herdsmen from invading our farms — Prof Akintoye

“A quick one for those still with their senses. When you are sick, seek medical help. If holy water, oil or anointed handkerchief can heal the sick, the clergy who anointed and sold them to you would not have died young. One Love! @ugezujugezu writes”.
